Hair clips are a great accessory to have. But they can look a bit dull, drab and boring, especially if they are just one colour. We can make them even cuter if we line them with ribbon. This is such a great little hack to make hair clips look super pretty. There are so many gorgeous ribbons that are available today you will be spoilt for choice. Keep reading and I will show you how to line a hair clip using ribbon.

Step 1
Take your hair clip, open it up and apply hot glue to the inside of the clip. Whilst the glue is hot place the ribbon on the glue and hold firmly for a few seconds.
Step 2
Repeat this on all sides of the hair clip. keep the ribbon pulled quite tight at all times to avoid any gaps between the ribbon and the hair clip.
Step 3
Now your clip is fully covered you are ready to wear your hair clip and show it off. You could also add any other embellishments to the hair clip if you wish.
